About my job part 2

Three days on the job and I have quit. Too many hours and not enough time with my family.

Monday 29th May

Significant day, carnival day in luton. More importantly wedding anniversary. Six years. As far as I am aware six years is iron. We had a good day, breakfast in bed, time in the garden then off to the carnival. The first time in six years that we actualy went to the carnival as a family, Abigail was struck dumb by the amazing costumes, we were also suitably impressed with some of the efforts. The fact that it was a cold and wet day didnt stop some of the paraders from wearing very little!!

About My Job

Well where do I start, I have been workin for 3 days and have already done my 37 full time hours and there is still a day to go. This does give me more questions to answer, like is this the right job for me, can I make these long hours work, can I organise my boss enough so we start to finish early. Who knows? The thing is it is bringing in a much needed cash flow so I will stick with it for now.

YES

I got a job praise the Lord. Well ok its a days trial to work with an electrical instlations company but hopefully once they know me and see my work they will employ me. Bless you all for praying for me.

Were cookin on gas now

I have no idea why this post is called what it is. So another day is done it rained all day so stuck in doors with family, luckily most of my vegis are now out, just a few leeks, parsnips and carrots left. Oh yeah did I mention that I had a veg plot? no? well i have. lot of early potatoes loads of peas six sweetcorn eight courget tons of beans a shed load of soft fruit and a grape vine cool eh.

An evening of understanding

Ok so just had church, we meet on a friday night will explain along the way some where, felt like it went on forever. We dont seem to be able to make a decision without lengthy disscusions. The meat of it is that we sorted out some fundamental things wich is really great. In all honesty I love my church the people are great and I wouldnt change it for the world.

The Multitude

I have just been to an interview for a job with primark as a supervisor, it was one of those open day type of interviews were everyone turns up between set hours and gets five minutes to impress. I think I did. One thing I hadn't thought of was the amount of people turning up....over one thousand of us. I guess that says alot about the unemployment in Luton but also the get up and go drive to wait for anything up to three hours just to be seen.

i think any one who blogs is ok in my book just read my friends blog for the first time and it was a truly uplifing experience in both body and soul. if you have a friend who blogs then i encourage you to get on over and read it. go on you know you want to.

ok so here goes the first, well actually the second i deleted the first blog cos well i messed up. so this is where i share all my thoughts on real things(mostly real any way.) well i'll go away for now and collect my thoughts then i"ll be back
